By accessing or using our Website, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

1. Use of the Website

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our Website and services. By using our Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Booking and Quotes: Appointments can be booked via text to (305) 563-6492, email to millennialbeautysalon@gmail.com, or through our online scheduling system. For quotes, provide photos of your current hair and desired look. Quotes are estimates and may change based on in-person assessment.
Cancellations and No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
Modifications: We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we determine they are not suitable for your hair health or if you provide inaccurate information.

3. Payments and Pricing

Pricing: All prices are listed on the Website or provided in quotes and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, which will be added where applicable.
Payment Methods: Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and other methods as specified. For online bookings, payment information may be required in advance.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, but we may provide adjustments or corrections for unsatisfactory results within 7 days of the service, subject to our assessment. No refunds for products once opened or used.
